OCR: [Field Instructions ] This tells MBACCESS which field in your MAIN DATABASE is the OWNER field for that record. When using a database on-line, security is usually a concern. You may want your callers to only view data and not be allowed to edit existing records. You can do this by using SECURITY MODES. (28 modes - see Chapter 6) When using security modes, you MUST use or setup your database with an OWNER field. This field will contain the name of the caller that OWNs each database record. Here is where you tell MBACCESS which field you defined as the OWNER FIELD in your database or leave blank. Example : 3 (Field 3 in your database is the OWNER FIELD)
